Description Field of the Invention The invention relates to a drawer pull-out according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with such a drawer pull-out and a method for assembling such a drawer pull-out. The invention further relates to a drawer pull-out according to the preamble of claim 7.
Background drawer drawers are known. Especially in the case of furniture that is manufactured in standardized widths and with different wall thicknesses of the furniture side walls, the installer must also assemble spacers when installing the drawer pull-outs in order to compensate for the different clear width between the side walls of the furniture. This is time-consuming and can take a long time if parts are missing or lost, or can lead to incorrect assembly if the wrong parts are used. It is also known for drawer pull-outs to provide a pull-out block to prevent the drawer from being pulled out too far and from falling down. Such pull-out blocks are complex.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to provide an improved drawer pull-out which is simple and inexpensive to produce and which can be used to save assembly time, in particular in kitchen construction.
This object is achieved with a drawer of the type mentioned in that at least one of the drawer guides has at least one detachably connected to the body spacer, which increases the thickness of the body. The fact that the spacer is connected to the body of the drawer guide means that no separate spacers have to be stored and installed and the correct spacer is already available on the drawer pull-out. In some cases it only has to be released from the body. This simplifies assembly and prevents errors. The spacers can change the thickness of the drawer guides in particular by 3mm each, adapted to the usual wall thicknesses of 16mm or 19mm of the furniture, depending on the wall thickness the spacers are needed or removed. Other thicknesses or wall thicknesses can also be compensated accordingly.
Preferably, the spacer is coplanar on the body and pre-assembled increasing the thickness of the body, which results in a space-saving and simple solution. It can be provided that the spacer has at least one shape, in particular has two shapes, which, in the arrangement of the spacer on the body that increases the thickness of the body, have recesses in a positive connection and / or a frictional connection.
It is particularly preferred that the at least one spacer is integrally formed with the body. This results in an captive arrangement of the spacer part of the drawer extension. It is preferred that the at least one spacer is pivotably arranged on the body by means of a film hinge and can be detached from the body by destroying the film hinge.
A spacer can be provided, which is arranged on a narrow side of the body. This results in a solution that is particularly simple for production. Or two spacers can be provided, which are arranged on opposite narrow sides of the body. It is also possible that at least one spacer is provided, which is arranged on a long side of the body, or that at least two spacers are provided, which are arranged on opposite long sides of the body.
The invention is further based on the object to create a drawer with a blockage against pulling the drawer too far, which is particularly simple and inexpensive to manufacture.
This object is achieved with a drawer extension according to claim 7.
Characterized in that the second stop in the drawer guide is integrally formed with the body of the drawer guide and arranged resiliently arranged in the body, there is a particularly simple manufacture in one step, without the assembly of several parts. The resilient arrangement gives the possibility of deliberately removing the drawer by pulling it out of the drawer guide beyond the stop if desired.
In particular, the second stop is arranged on a leaf spring formed in one piece with the body or is formed by the shape of the leaf spring itself. This results in a solution which is particularly advantageous for the preferred one-piece production from plastic.
The invention also provides a piece of furniture, in particular a kitchen piece of furniture, which has the advantages mentioned when it is provided with a drawer pullout according to one of Claims 1 to 9.
The advantages mentioned also arise in a method for installing a drawer according to one of claims 1 to 6 in a piece of furniture according to claim 11.
CH 715 007 A2 [0014] In this way, the kitchen builder can avoid errors and achieve quick assembly.
With the spacer parts pre-assembled on the manufacturer's drawer guides, this is initially always provided or pre-assembled on the body and cannot be lost or incorrectly installed. This enables considerable time and cost savings to be made in kitchen construction.

WAY (S) FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An exemplary embodiment of the first aspect of the invention can be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. In Fig. 1, a drawer 1 is shown diagonally obliquely from above. The drawer is arranged between the side walls of a piece of furniture in which the drawer is to be arranged. The piece of furniture can be any piece of furniture, in particular a cupboard or a chest of drawers and in particular a modular system piece of furniture. In Fig. 1 only one side wall 20 of the furniture or the furniture body is shown in order to simplify the drawing. In particular, it is a piece of kitchen furniture, for example a kitchen furniture in which a rubbish bag holder is accommodated and in which the drawer pull-out is arranged above the rubbish bag holder.
The drawer 1 has a drawer 4 and two side drawer guides 2 and 3. The drawer guides each comprise an elongated body 12 or 13 which can be fastened to the respective furniture side wall in order to form the furniture-fixed guide for the drawer. The drawer guide 2 is fastened to the indicated side wall 20 of the furniture, preferably screwed on. And the drawer guide 3 is fastened, preferably screwed, to the side wall, not shown, which lies opposite the side wall 20.
The drawer guides 2, 3 must be in the correct, suitable for the drawer 4 distance from each other, so that the drawer fits between the drawer guides and can be pulled out in this. In particular with system furniture, such as kitchen furniture, side walls of different thickness or wall thickness are used. For example, wall thicknesses of 16mm or 19mm are common. Depending on the wall thickness of the side walls, the drawer guides are to be selected or spacers are to be selected in order to be able to mount the drawer guides at a distance suitable for the drawer.
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the drawer guides 2 and 3 are each provided with a spacer 32 or 33, which increases the thickness of the body 12 of the drawer guide 2 or the thickness of the body 13 of the drawer guide 3. With the spacers 32 and 33, a smaller wall thickness of the side walls of the furniture is thus compensated for, so that the distance between the drawer guides from one another is suitable for furniture with small wall thicknesses. Only one of the drawer guides can be provided with a spacer if the furniture has a larger wall thickness on one side wall and a smaller wall thickness on the other side wall. In this example, the spacers 32 and 33 are essentially congruent with a large side surface of the respective body 12 or 13, which side surface comes to lie against the side wall of the piece of furniture. Instead of only one spacer 32 and 33, several smaller spacers could also be provided and these could also cover only a part of the large side surface of the respective body 12 or 13.
Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the drawer guides of a drawer according to the invention in a position in which the spacers 32 and 33 on the respective body 12 and 13 have been brought into a position in which they are easily detachable from the body , The spacer parts have previously been pivoted away from the respective body so that they no longer lie in the position shown in FIG. 1, in which they rest on the large area of the body. The spacer 32 is detachably arranged on the body 12 in that it is integral with a destructible
CH 715 007 A2
Connection 8 is connected to the body 12. Likewise, the spacer 33 is integrally connected to the body 13 via the destructible connection 9. The drawer guides with the respective body 12 or 13 and the associated spacer parts 32 or 33 are preferably formed in one piece from plastic and the detachable connection 8 or 9 is in each case formed by a film hinge made of the plastic. The spacer can be detached from the body by tearing off the film hinge or by cutting the film hinge with a knife or scissors.
Due to the detachable connection, preferably the detachable one-piece connection made of plastic, the spacer is always initially provided on the body or is pre-assembled by the manufacturer and cannot be lost or incorrectly installed.
It can be provided that the respective spacer part of the drawer guide has a pin or another shape, with which it engages in a position in the body of the drawer guide in a recess of the body to the respective spacer in a frictional and / or form-fitting manner its pre-assembled position, in which it increases the thickness of the drawer slide. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, two pins 14 are provided on each spacer, which engage in pin holes 15 in the respective body when the respective spacer is positioned in a coplanar manner, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The respective spacer is thus held in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner, and the spacer does not automatically assume the position shown in FIG. 3, but must first be pivoted away from the body. In order to facilitate this, indentations can be provided, at which a tool can engage between the body and the associated spacer in order to open the positive connection so that the position of FIG. 3 can be achieved. In this example, indentations 16 are provided above the pins 14.
The respective drawer guide 2 or 3 is thus preferably delivered in the configuration according to FIG. 2, in which the thickness of the body 12 or 13 of the drawer guide is increased by the spacer 32 or 33 and thus a configuration for one Furniture with a small wall thickness is given. If the drawer guide is to be used in a piece of furniture with a higher wall thickness, the respective spacer 32 or 33 is brought into the position of FIG. 3 or another position swung away in which the respective spacer 32, 33 is no longer coplanar against the body and the connection 8 or 9 is destroyed, so that the spacer is detached from the body and can be disposed of. The drawer guide is then designed without the spacer, as shown in Fig. 4, and is then mounted on the respective side wall without the spacer, whereby the higher wall thickness of the furniture is compensated for with the less thick body.
The spacer preferably has through holes 10 ', which are aligned in the coplanar position of the spacer on the respective body with its mounting holes 10, which mounting holes are provided for screwing the drawer guide to the furniture.
In the example shown, a spacer is provided on a narrow side of the body on each body of the drawer guide. This is a preferred example. However, spacers could also be provided on both narrow sides of the respective body, which are then in particular correspondingly shorter so that they do not lie one above the other in the coplanar position. The entire large area of the body lying on the side wall of the furniture does not have to be covered. Preferably, however, the areas of this surface are covered, on which the fastening screws for fastening the respective drawer guides are passed so that the drawer guides rest evenly on the furniture. Instead of or in addition to the arrangement shown on a narrow side of the body, a single or a plurality of spacer parts can also be provided on one or on both longitudinal sides of the body. In these cases, too, the respective spacer or the spacers are detachably connected to the body, preferably also each integrally connected to the body, preferably also via a film hinge of the body and spacer made of plastic or the drawer guide made of plastic.
In Fig. 3, the guide 22 for the drawer in the body 12 of the drawer guide is shown in a diagrammatic view. 4, which shows a vertical section through the drawer guide 2 and part of the drawer 4, it can be seen that the drawer has a guide part 24 which is angled on its front side and which engages in the guide 22 and is held therein by the guide limitation 25. Guide blocks 26 limit the lateral play of the drawer-side guide part 24 in the guide 22 and counteract tilting of the drawer in the two drawer guides 2 and 3.
1 to 7 a further aspect of the invention is shown in an exemplary form, which can be combined with the previously explained aspect of adapting to the wall thickness of the furniture, as shown, but which can also be carried out on its own ,
This aspect relates to a pull-out limitation for the drawer, so that it cannot be pulled out completely unintentionally from the drawer guides of the drawer pull, which leads to an undesired falling of the drawer. According to the invention, such a pull-out limitation is designed in such a way that a fixed first stop is formed on the drawer in the rear area thereof and a second stop is provided in one piece with the drawer guide and resiliently movable back into the body. When pulling out the drawer, the first and second stops come into contact when the drawer has reached its maximum normal pull-out length at which it remains in the guides. This contact between the first drawer-side stop
CH 715 007 A2 and the second stop on the drawer guide side blocks the drawer when the maximum safe extension length is reached. The resilient design of the second stop, which retracts into the body when the spring force is overcome, so that the first stop can slide past the second stop, allows the drawer to be pulled completely out of the drawer guide by overcoming the spring force, if so desired.
In Fig. 3, the second stop 40 can be seen in both drawer guides 2 and 3 and in Fig. 1 with the drawer guide 3 facing side of the drawer 4, the fixed first stop 42 can be seen, which when pulling out the drawer with the stop 40 comes into contact and thus forms the extension limit. 6 and 7, this is shown for two positions of the drawer 4 in a plan view, in which the drawer is shown cut horizontally, so that its lateral upper limits in FIGS. 6 and 7 are omitted and the view of the top of the Drawer guides 2 and 3 are free. In Fig. 6 the drawer is shown in its inserted position, in Fig. 7 in the position which corresponds to the maximum extension in normal use. In this extended position, the stop 42 of the drawer is in contact with the stop 40 and the drawer cannot be pulled out any further. In the figures, however, it can be seen that the second stop 40 is held resiliently in the drawer guides. If the pull-out force on the drawer 4 in the position of FIG. 7 is increased to such an extent that the stop 40 springs back, the drawer is released and can be completely pulled out of the guides. Due to the resilient arrangement of the second stop 40, the latter can also deflect when the drawer which was previously completely removed is pushed into the drawer guides and the drawer can be brought back into the use position. Springing back of the second stop is facilitated in that the rear side of the drawer is angled at an angle.
The resilient arrangement of the second stop 40 in the respective drawer guide 2 or 3 is carried out by a leaf spring 41 each formed integrally with the body 12 or 13. This supports the second stop 40 or forms it by its shape, as in shown in the figures, in particular approximately in the middle of the longitudinal extent of the leaf spring 41. The drawer guide 2 or 3 is made in one piece with the leaf spring 41 and the second stop 40 from plastic, which enables a particularly simple and inexpensive production, since no additional parts are produced and must be assembled.
While preferred embodiments of the invention are described in the present application, it should be clearly pointed out that the invention is not limited to these and can also be carried out in other ways within the scope of the following claims.
